embodiment mentor, folk herbalist, bodyworker, and ceremonialist. 

My path has been forged through a multitude of studies, from shamanism, curanderismo, and ancient healing arts, to somatic intelligence, movement, womb work, and embodiment.

However, my work was ignited through my main and biggest teacher—my own body. 

Through my body and my nervous system, I truly learned self-mastery. I understood at a cellular level how the body works, and what it takes to inhabit yourself and stand in Truth. 

It was through deep dissociation that I learned embodiment. It was through deep numbness that I learned sensation and feeling.

My medicine awakened through profoundly deep initiations.

The multi-year (and ongoing) journey of descending into my Self and landing fully in my body and in my Womanhood is the foundation of my work.

I’m devoted to women’s bodies. To the reclamaition of our aliveness, awakening, and embodiment.

Life is a series of initiatory rites, especially for women. It is with deep devotion that I walk alongside you as a mentor, guide, and someone who lives in fierce devotion to this path every day, to walk these rites and cross these thresholds.
