RECLAMATION?
A ceremonial container for women desiring a deeper relationship with their body, womb, and life force energy. We’ll journey through different practices to awaken your body through sensation, tap into your inherent somatic intelligence, and build capacity to be with what’s present in your body.
This journey is a descent into the depths of your psyche. Into the depths of yourself. A place where you can meet your raw, unmasked nature, and build the capacity to hold her.

This is a space to reclaim your wild nature. To unfurl and liberate the parts of you that are hidden, masked, repressed, or shamed into silence.

Weekly 60-90 minute sessions (four total). We’ll arrange the times of all calls at the beginning of the container and will meet at the same time and day each week.
